The Relationship Between Formula Feeding Patterns and Early Childhood Caries In Preschool Children In Ketileng Village, Todanan Blora

Caries that affects children under 72 months of age is called Early Childhood (ECC). The high caries prevalence rate which reaches 81.5% in aged 3-4 years still a problem for Indonesia. One the reasons incidence preschoolers inappropriate pattern breastfeeding or formula feeding. purpose this study was to analyze relationship between patterns feeding and ECC preschool Ketileng Village, Todanan, Blora. This used an analytic observational research design with cross sectional approach. sample 69 respondents using purposive sampling technique. Data were obtained from results dental examinations PUFA index questionnaire filled out by parents/guardians students. analysis chi square statistical test. showed duration, frequency consumption milk, use bottles/pacifiers, addition sweeteners milk history up 2 age, each value p 0.05, means there ECC. conclusion presence
